Kristina has spent her career in HR at international companies, learning the standards, processes, and mindset that define the profession globally.

She is HRCI-certified, and has spent the last few years building her own methodology for HRCI™ certification exam prep. Most study materials she came across were written like rulebooks — heavy, abstract, and far from how people actually learn. She wanted something different: clear, structured, and human.
