This program is designed for HR professionals in Armenia and internationally who want to strengthen their practical expertise, prepare for the PHRi™ certification, and take their careers to an international level.
To qualify for the PHRi™ exam, you must meet one of HRCI’s eligibility pathways: one year of professional-level HR experience with a master’s degree, two years with a bachelor’s degree, or four years of professional-level HR experience. Our team can help you understand whether your experience meets these requirements.
The program is delivered in Armenian and English. This approach makes the learning process accessible while helping participants confidently work with international HR terminology and exam-related materials.
